Today, during my lunch break, I got the biggest seaside craving. Sitting down in the dark bat cave at work can be a real mood killer. Thankfully the ocean is only 5 minutes away from work. So I biked down there. Stood there for a while. Felt the wind in my hair, smelled the refreshing breeze and listened to the calm waves.

It feels better now.
