Been listening to Gorillaz new record Plastic Beach a few times now, and I must say - It's rockin'! It's surprisingly good. The album sounds and feels like it's cover looks like. The animated characters invites you to their sunset drenched island where a crazy party is going down. At first visit it may seem pretty stiff and weird, but after a while it loosens up and the subtile melodies and grooves all starting to make sense. I took a while, but once I dropped my guard I was totally swept away. Join the party!
