A while ago when I was hungry at work I searched the kitchen for food and found a old package of bread hidden on the shelf. Looked like new. No mold. No weird smell. BUT, it had expired somewhere in the middle of december!  I've had more encounters with food that's been way to old but hasn't smelled or looked bad. I wonder what dark secrets they're putting in to make it last...
